Standing Committees include the Executive Committee, the Constitution and Bylaws Committee, and other committees that the Executive Committee is empowered to choose between sessions.
No more than fifty percent of committee members, excluding ex officio members, may concurrently serve on the two major committees. "Major committees" is defined as: 1) Executive Committee and 2) K-12 Board of Education. Members of these committees may not serve more than two consecutive terms without one intervening term.
