The Dakota Conference leadership and staff work together as one team to support the mission of the church. This includes Conference officers, pastoral staff, educators, and departmental personnel who serve across North and South Dakota.

United by the Conference mission—to share the unchanging love of Christ in a changing world—these individuals provide spiritual leadership, administrative guidance, and practical support to local churches, schools, and members.
