Each regularly scheduled constituency meeting of this conference shall elect a standing Constitution and Bylaws Committee. This committee shall function between the regularly scheduled sessions of the constituency and shall submit its reports and detailed recommendations to the Executive Committee and to the next regular constituency meeting. The Mid-America Union Vice President of Administration or his designee shall serve as an ex-officio member. The Conference Vice President of Administration shall serve as chair.
The Nominating Committee of the conference shall appoint one employee from within the conference from the credentialed employees of the conference, four lay persons from North Dakota, and three lay persons from South Dakota. These names will be ratified to serve by the delegates at the regularly scheduled constituency meeting.
