Policies

Campus Rules: Quiet time is from 10:00p to 6:00a. No parties or loud noises after quiet time. No tobacco, alcoholic beverages, or illegal drugs are allowed on campus. No underage (under 18) campers are to be on campus without a guardian. Violators will be invited to leave and will forfeit any accommodations.

Check-in/Check-out: Locating is inside the campus facility on the outside of the circle. Please check in at Locating before moving into rooms, campground spots, or parking self-contained RVs. Check-in time begins at noon Wednesday. Checkout time is Saturday night or Sunday morning by 10:00a. Camper permits need to be returned at the time of checkout. Dorm rooms and campsites may be reserved by the present occupant for the next year if paid by noon on Friday.

Publication Notice: Still images, video, or other images will be taken of Campmeeting participants and attendees. These images may be used by the Dakota Conference and its affiliates on websites and in published promotional materials. Other such images may be used as part of a security system. If you do not wish to have your image published as such, please advise the Dakota Conference in writing (at Locating) and reasonable requests will be considered.

Pet Policy: The facility is a pet-free zone. Violators will be asked to leave with no refund. Those staying in the campground must confine pets when an owner is not present. Pets must be on a leash when outside and waste disposed of.

Blood Draw: Consider participating in the blood draw on Friday from 1:00 to 3:30p in the bloodmobile outside the front door. Sign up in advance at Locating.

ABC Hours: The ABC is located next to the Boys' Dorm in the English classroom. Hours are listed in the Campmeeting brochure. The ABC will be open Saturday night after sundown.

Emergency: The camp nurse may be reached by contacting any pastor, staff, or those working at Locating or by calling the number posted. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911. The campus is located at Dakota Adventist Academy, 15905 Sheyenne Circle, Bismarck, ND. The school phone is 701.258.9000.

Meal Tickets: Sabbath meal tickets may be purchased at Locating until sundown on Friday. Meal prices are listed in the Campmeeting brochure. Saturday evening supper will be held in the cafeteria. A free-will offering will be taken.
